The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

2. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track and aggregate traffic to the site. This includes nothing that is identifiable to an individual person.

3. Legal Disclaimer

Proof I Exist makes every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website(s).

The Proof I Exist website(s) contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Proof I Exist is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Proof I Exist may launch a mailing list for the Proof I Exist Website.
